Eminem is facing a $9 million (£5.7 million) lawsuit from a homeless man over the ‘Born Of Fire’ commercial he filmed for car company Chrysler.

A man named Stephen Lee Pieck, who lists his address as “homeless”, filed the suit earlier this month at the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York.

Pieck claims that he was having dinner with Christina Aguilera and her then husband Jordan Bratman in the Legal Seafood restaurant in White Plains New York on September 9 2010 when Aguilera called Eminem. He then claims that Aguilera handed him the phone and that he then gave Eminem the idea for the ‘Born Of Fire’ commercial.

According to Allhiphop.com, Pieck writes in his lawsuit, which is handwritten: “I want the court to reward me a judgment in the amount of $9 million. I designed every aspect of the commercial and the commercial was stolen from me. In addition, I did not receive compensation in monetary terms for the work I did.”

The ‘Born Of Fire’ commercial was debuted during the Super Bowl in 2011 and features Eminem’s classic single ‘Lose Yourself’.

Rihanna and Deadmau5 sign on for a charity show where the tickets will cost $1000 each.

Rolling Stone reports that Rihanna, Deadmau5, Calvin Harris and Sebastian Ingrosso from Swedish House Mafia will team for a rather pricey charity concert for Roc Nation.

It will benefit the Children’s Orthopaedic Center and The Mark Taper’Johnny Mercer Artists Program at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

The show will take place at the House Of Blues in LA on February 12, with tickets going for a sweet thousand bucks a pop.

Those tickets are on sale now, and if you need a deal-sweetener, RS unsubtly suggests that since that’s the same night as the Grammys, also in LA at the Staples Centre, there may be even more ‘special’ guests.

Chris Brown thinks his new music video is his ‘best by far’.

Chris was clearly happy with the promo for his latest single Turn up the Music. He announced on Twitter that the clip could eclipse all of his previous efforts.

‘I’ll let you guys judge but this Turn Up the music video hands down is probably my best video by far!!! (sic)’ he wrote.

The musician’s promos are usually fun-filled affairs that see the star partying with friends or hanging out with his famous collaborators.

The R&B singer tweeted his excitement about filming the promo on the day of the shoot.

‘TURN UP THE MUSIC VIDEO SHOOT TODAY!!! Yuuuuuppppp (sic)’, Chris tweeted.

The track will be released as the first song from the musician’s fifth studio album Fortune and is already generating a lot of hype.

Producers ‘The Underdogs’ Harvey Mason Jr. and Damon Thomas have hinted the song could become their biggest hit yet.

Despite his infamous assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, Chris’ music career is going from strength to strength.

Producer Harvey Mason recently praised his talent and even compared him to the legendary Michael Jackson.

“He’s so well-rounded, so versatile, he can really cover anything. He kills the uptempos, he can do the urban uptempo records, he could do the ballads, he could do the pop songs. You can really come to him with any record that you think is that hot,” he told MTV News. “He is, for me right now and for many people, the ultimate artist. He’s kinda this generation’s Michael Jackson, if you will.”

Rihanna has been ‘going a bit wild’ during her extended holiday.

The singer has enjoyed a lengthy break in her native Barbados recently, following the end of her Loud tour and the release of her new album.

There have been suggestions she has been partying too hard while there, with some claiming she has been smoking marijuana. However, those close to her insist she is just having fun while on holiday.

‘Right now she’s just letting off steam,’ a source told Look magazine. ‘Ri’s been working hard and has just had her heart broken by Chris [Brown] again, so it’s natural she wants to get drunk and go a bit wild. But we’re all sure she’ll get back to her usual happy self once she gets home and back into her routine.’

There has been speculation Rihanna and her ex-boyfriend Chris have been spending time together lately, but it’s not thought they are back together.

They have been spotted in the same nightclub but Chris has a new girlfriend. It’s thought he has been texting Rihanna, but it’s more about the pair of them moving on from their fraught relationship.

‘They were each other’s first loves and that’s something that’ll never go away, which is why they were tweeting one another at the end of last year,’ the insider added. ‘But they were also really bad for each other. They argued all the time, and everyone knows the violent way the relationship ended.’

The former couple split three years ago after an argument turned violent. Chris was charged with assaulting the pop beauty and served with a restraining order.

The protective order slammed on the rapper was lifted a year ago. It required that they have no contact with each other.

Paris Hilton has claimed that she is working with Snoop Dogg on her new album.

The socialite told the New York Post that she and the rapper are set to collaborate on her new LP, which is the follow-up to her 2006 debut dance-pop solo album ‘Paris’, and also said she was working with the likes of producer Afrojack and US group LMFAO.

“I’m doing my new album, and Afrojack is actually executive-producing the entire thing,” she said. “There are a lot of very cool collaborations on my album. It should be out in the next few months.”

Hilton went on to add:
We just finished doing my single with LMFAO, then I’m recording with Snoop Dogg.

In September last year, Hilton claimed she was working with David Guetta on an album, but his record label later insisted that he had no plans to collaborate with the heiress.

Hilton’s ‘Paris’ album became notorious when 500 copies of the album in UK stories were tampered with by Banksy and Danger Mouse, who altered the artwork to make Hilton appear topless on the cover and remixed the tracks.

Lady Gaga will only eat food prepared by one British chef when she next visits London.

The Born This Way singer will travel to the UK in upcoming weeks on a promotional tour.

While she is in the country Lady Gaga will dine on food prepared by Angela Farmer, a sous chef in the lavish Lanesborough hotel.

‘Gaga won’t eat anything unless it’s been specifically prepared by Angela which means meal times can be a bit of a nightmare when she’s on promo duty,’ a source told British newspaper The Mirror.

Lady Gaga is on a strict lean protein diet. The star eats five small meals a day and only drinks tea, water, coconut milk and sugar-free drinks.

Angela prepares healthy food just the way Lady Gaga likes it. The singer often eats the chef’s meals on the go.

‘[Gaga] specifically loves Angela’s canapés of serrano-wrapped shrimps and her monkfish skewers, so quite often these are wrapped up and served as an on-the-road packed lunch,’ the source added.

The Lanesborough is confident in their cuisine. The reputable establishment is happy to accommodate special requests like Lady Gaga’s from time to time.

‘Angela does work here and is one of a team of sous chefs working with executive chef Paul Gayler,’ a Lanesborough spokesperson told the newspaper. ‘We are known for our innovative cuisine so it sometimes happens that guests ask for a particular chef they like.’

Kylie Minogue is inspired by her ‘fulfilling relationship’.

The stunning singer has been dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso for around two years.

Before dating Andres, Kylie was in a relationship with French actor Olivier Martinez, who is now rumoured to be engaged to Halle Berry.

Kylie is happy with romance with Andres, as she feels that the pair balance love and work well with one another.

‘I love what I do. The more I learn, the better I am at it. It’s like discovering a new kind of freedom,’ Kylie explained to British newspaper The Daily Mail. ‘I’ve learnt recently that I can still be in a fulfilling relationship. After you have a break-up you wonder if you can do this again.’

Kylie feels that her relationship with Andres helps keep her balanced.

‘Sometimes if I’ve had a bad day I don’t want to see anyone. I just want to feel miserable on my own,’ Kylie shared. ‘But sometimes it’s nice if someone’s there to bring you out of that state. This just feels right. He’s one of these people you could just drop anywhere and he’d be fine, which sometimes I curse him for. I’m the one who has anxiety. I’m up and down, he’s much more consistent.’

Kylie is happy with the way things are heading with Andres. The 42-year-old singer is unsure about having children with the model, who is nine-years her junior.

‘I can only keep saying the same thing, which is, we’ll see. Perhaps it will happen,’ Kylie said. ‘And I’ve looked into various other [family planning] options, but I don’t know if I’m going to go down any of those roads yet.’

Kelly Clarkson ‘finds it funny’ that people think she is a lesbian.

The Grammy Award-winning singer is currently single. The lack of a male presence in her life has fuelled speculation that she is gay but Kelly isn’t deterred by such rumours.

‘I don’t think it’s harmful at all,’ she laughed in an interview with British newspaper The Mirror.

‘But I just don’t know why people think I am. I never kiss women. I find it funny. Also I’m such a vocal person, I’ve never hidden much. So I don’t understand why they don’t take me on my word. I find that a little bit annoying. But if people think I’m gay, I don’t really care.

‘I’m a kinda selfish person who right now enjoys being single, enjoys the fact that I can work as much as I do, and not really have to answer to anyone.’

Kelly is famed for rock pop anthems, which have a strong female empowerment message resounding through them. The 29-year-old star says her twice-divorced mother and tumultuous upbringing reflects in the lyrics of her songs.

‘We had fun but there was struggle too. Now I don’t have to worry about having clean clothes or paying the bills too late, but that level of stress definitely has an effect,’ she revealed.

‘Divorce isn’t fun. It affects relationships you get into when you are older. I think you have to work a little harder because you’re constantly thinking it’s probably not going to work out in the end. Also, I travel a lot and work a lot. The way I live it’s hard for me to even find someone.’

Kelly lives in Texas, She is surrounded by animals and owns nine firearms.

‘I grew up around my guns. My whole family and all my friends had guns and we’d go to shooting ranges. I live alone so my guns are a safety precaution. If the alarm goes off I feel I have a fighting chance,’ she said.

Kelly’s life hasn’t changed much since shooting to superstardom. The songstress has the same group of friends since childhood.

‘They’ve always been big believers that I was going to be able to sing for a living. They always thought it was going to happen for me and have been super supportive, so when I was successful it didn’t really faze them,’ she said.

Kelly avoids the party lifestyle when on tour. She’d prefer to concentrate on her music.

‘I don’t understand how people do that on the road,’ she says. ‘I’m definitely a workaholic. If you finally get to do the job you love, you work your butt off.’

Kylie Minogue has announced she will perform at Sydney’s Mardi Gras Parade this year.

‘I simply cannot wait, and it’s going to be a beautiful way to celebrate 25 years of this relationship,’ she announced at her official website.

Kylie last appeared at the Mardi Gras 14 years ago in 1998.

NSW Minister for Tourism, Major Events and The Arts, George Souris said ‘The presence of Kylie Minogue is sure to make this the biggest and best Sydney Mardi Gras ever.’

The Gay and Lesbian community will honour Kylie with her own K25 float paying tribute to her 25 years in the music business and her support of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex community.
